Download the Super app, choose your country or region plan and the data amount you need. You will need an eSIM-compatible device.
You can check if your device supports the eSIM in your device settings. You can also find information on the manufacturer’s or re-seller’s website. If you start buying the Super Travel eSIM with a device that does not support the eSIM, the Super app will notify you.
You can buy a Super Travel plan up to 30 days before your trip. From the moment of purchase, you have 30 days until the plan activates. If you arrive at the selected destination earlier, the plan activates once it connects to the local network and you can use it for 30 days. You can also buy the plan after you have already arrived at your destination.
You can pay for Super Travel with Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank link or card payment. In the case of card payment, make sure you have enabled Internet purchases in your bank, so the payment will go through successfully.
Some countries require identification to use a local SIM or the eSIM, but for using Super Travel you do not need to do this. Simply download the eSIM with the suitable plan to your device and you can start using it.
After buying the Super Travel plan in the app, you can download the eSIM immediately by clicking the button ‘Download eSIM’. Wait until the download is completed before activating the eSIM.
If you want to download the eSIM a little later or onto another device, you can use the QR code that was sent to the email address you entered. Just open the camera on the device where you want to download the eSIM and scan the QR code. To download the eSIM you need an Internet connection. Download the eSIM and activate it.
Please note that you can only download the eSIM once and onto one device. The eSIM cannot be moved to another device.

Set up mobile data usage from your Super Travel eSIM:
Settings → Mobile Service → Mobile Data → Select ‘Super Travel eSIM’
Disable data switching between SIMs:
Settings → Mobile Service → Mobile Data → Turn off ‘Allow Cellular Data Switching’
Enable data roaming on the Super Travel eSIM:
Settings → Mobile Service → Select SIM → Turn on ‘Data Roaming’
Recommendation: For the duration of your trip, turn off Data Roaming on your main number to avoid unexpected extra costs.

Yes. For the service to work, you must enable roaming in your phone settings on the Super Travel eSIM. Open SIM management in your phone settings and enable data roaming on your Super Travel eSIM. Turn off data roaming on your main number to avoid unexpected extra costs.

Log in to the Super app and you will see your service usage and the validity of the plan. If you wish, you can also buy extra data.
You can buy extra data in the Super app. Choose a plan from the same region and the volume you prefer. When buying extra data, the existing plan volume is combined with the extra volume and the validity is extended by 30 days. The volumes are combined and the validity extended only if you buy extra data for the same region’s active plan.
NB! To buy extra data, you need an Internet connection. If needed, buy extra data before the existing volume runs out.

The purchased Internet plan activates when you connect to the network of the included country or on the 30th day after purchase. The plan is valid for 30 days after activation.
Yes. During the validity of the eSIM, you can buy plans for different countries and regions depending on your travel needs. When moving to another plan region, the data volume of that plan will start to be used. The volume of a specific country/region can only be used in the destinations included in that plan. The eSIM is valid for 90 days after the last plan purchase.
Yes. Since you cannot make calls or send SMS with the Super Travel eSIM, keep your main number active for those. Remember that simultaneously you can only have either 1 eSIM or 1 physical SIM and 1 eSIM active.
To log in to the Super app, enter your Super Travel eSIM number and then the code sent to it. You can find your number in the purchase confirmation email sent to you or in your device under the SIM settings.
Roaming charges occur when you travel outside the coverage area included in your mobile plan. You can ask your service provider which areas are included in your plan. Here are a few simple steps to avoid unexpected extra costs and keep expenses under control while travelling.
Yes. You can share Internet with your friends or other devices.
Plan data can only be used in the countries included in that plan. You cannot transfer the data to other plans. Choose the suitable volume for yourself and buy more, if necessary. If you need Internet in several different locations, you can buy plans for multiple countries and regions on the eSIM.
If you no longer want to use your Super Travel eSIM, you can simply delete it from your device. After deletion, the eSIM cannot be restored.
