If you purchase a new Internet plan before the expiry date of your existing plan, the validity of the existing plan will be extended by 30 days and the data will be aggregated.
Once the EU Internet limit is reached, the mobile Internet consumed while using the roaming service in the EU will be charged according to the Super main price list.
The European Union countries and other countries where the roaming regulation applies: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Netherlands, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Saint Martin, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City, except for satellite communications networks in the territory of those countries.
All data options are subject to the maximum possible upload and download speed. This allows download speeds of up to 2 Gbps and upload speeds of up to 500 Mbps up with a 5G device, and download speeds of up to 1.2 Gbps and upload speeds of up to 150 Mbps with a 4G device. Actual Internet speeds will depend on your device’s capabilities (e.g., whether it supports a 4G or a 5G network) and the strength of mobile network coverage at your location.

The invoicing limit for calls to Tele2 and Elisa numbers is 5 min. After five minutes, the call will not be disconnected, but the next call time will start, and so on until the number of calls is full.
Messages sent to 1711 and other premium rate messages are not included in the free messages included in the plan fee.
Call amounts do not include calls to the premium rate networks Telefant AS, World Mobile OÜ, Top Connect OÜ mobile network, and Global Mobile Eesti OÜ.

* With Super, your data bills are always under control, as the daily rate of € 5 (up to 1 GB) applies. After reaching 1 GB in one calendar day, the speed is capped at 64 kbps download and 32 kbps upload. The maximum speed is reset at the start of the new calendar day.

Service numbers
Service number is an add-on service, which enables content service providers to offer Super customers services via phone and also set premium rates for their content services.
Calling to all service numbers is priced at €0.2278 per minute.

These calls are billed with one-second interval (if pricing is per-minute) or per call.
NB! Donation numbers: the first 10 seconds (the time the information about the donation is played back to the caller) are FREE for the caller, the donation will be applied from the 11th second. Customer’s bill will include the call and its duration only if it lasts more than 10 seconds. Donations are not charged with VAT and there is no service fee.

Premium-rate SMS service numbers
Super only mediates content services and is not responsible for their content. If a SMS is sent to a SMS service number while using a roaming network, roaming network operator’s SMS prices will be included in the total cost of the call.
You can pay for various services and products with your mobile. All you have to do is top-up your account. Super customers can buy the same services and products with their mobile as Telia contract customers.
To park your car using your mobile phone, use the PARGI.EE app by entering your bank card details in the app and paying for parking directly from your bank account.
You can enter your bank card details in the ‘Settings’ menu of the app. Click here for a guide on how to use the app.
If your phone supports VoLTE or 4G calls, you can make calls in the Telia network which start multiple times faster and provide even better sound quality. The phone automatically selects the 4G network to make the call, you do not need to set up anything. The 4G connection of the phone is not disconnected during the call.
Indoors, where the 4G network signal does not always reach well, VoLTE calls are complemented by the possibility of using Wi-Fi calls or VoWifi. When you leave the Wi-Fi network during a call, the call is connected to the 4G network without interruption, the opposite is possible as well.
To make mobile calls over a Wi-Fi network, your phone must have VoWifi call support and your phone has to be connected to the Internet through a Wi-Fi network. If you have an iPhone, you need to turn on VoWifi on your mobile phone yourself. To do this, go to Settings > Mobile Data > Wi-Fi Calling > On.
VoLTE and VoWiFi calls are subject to regular mobile phone call rates, with no additional charges.
With the forwarding service, you can forward calls made to your mobile phone to another number. You can forward calls to all mobile and landline numbers in Estonia.
You pay for a forwarded call as if you were making the call to the forwarded number. The caller only pays to call your number.
You can activate call forwarding from your phone’s menu. You can also redirect a Super calling card via Super’s self-service and mobile app. Just log in and you’ll find the forwarding service options under your profile. Easy!
NB! If you are using a phone that does not support VoLTE, i.e., 4G calls, then call forwarding from your phone’s menu will not work and you will receive an error message. We recommend that you replace your phone with a modern VoLTE- or 4G-enabled phone.
However, if your current phone still functions well, you can manage call forwarding in Super self-service or app by going to Profile > Call forwarding. You can also call the call forwarding number +3726119925, which you can use to set up call forwarding yourself by following the voice instructions.
